Refund policy
We’re here to help! If your soap isn’t quite right, just contact us within 7 days of delivery and keep it unopened in its original packaging. We’ll walk you through a quick return however, postage is on you, but if the item is defective or we made an error, we’ll cover it. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened soaps.
