We pack and ship from Maple Hills, New Brunswick. Orders head out within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, holidays excluded).

$10 flat rate or FREE on orders over $35

Delivery estimate: 1–5 business days

We’ll email you a shipping confirmation when your order ships along with a tracking code.

Returns

We’re here to help! If your soap isn’t quite right, just contact us within 72 hours of delivery and keep it unopened in its original packaging. We’ll walk you through a quick return—postage is on you, but if the item is defective or we made an error, we’ll cover it. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used soaps.
