We pack and ship from Maple Hills, New Brunswick. Orders head out the next business day (Mon–Fri, holidays excluded).

Canada

We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders!

Orders over $26 receive free Express Shipping with full tracking. Most orders are delivered in 1–3 business days.

Orders under $26 receive free Untracked Canada Post shipping. Most orders are delivered in 5–9 business days.

International deliveries coming soon.

Returns

We’re here to help! If your soap isn’t quite right, just contact us within 72 hours of delivery and keep it unopened in its original packaging. We’ll walk you through a quick return—postage is on you, but if the item is defective or we made an error, we’ll cover it. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened soaps.
